What is the delivery fee & minimum order?
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/Debit Cards/PayPal via website or Cash on Delivery. If you are having problems with our online system, you may order directly with us via text (0477773251), chat box below or Facebook Messenger. We can accept Bank Transfer or Cash. No EFTPOS available on delivery.
What suburbs do you deliver to?
When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive between 9am - 6pm. We cannot provide an exact time when your order will arrive as it will largely depend on the number of orders we receive and customer addresses. We will provide a shorter expected delivery time frame once all orders are in and delivery routes finalized (usually the night before delivery day).
What if my house is not under the selected suburbs?
If your suburb is slightly outside of our selected delivery area, we may be able to arrange something for you. Please send a text message to 0477773251 or submit an enquiry form below to check whether we can deliver to you.
Where can I pick up?
Pick up is available from Westfield Garden City (open 7 days a week). For big orders of 6L & more, please pre-order with us to reduce waiting time. Find us on Level 1 food court area, in front of 8 STREET between COLES & ALDI. Best parking is near COLES/ALDI.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We can only issue you a full refund if your order has not yet been prepared. If your order has already been prepared, we can only refund you 50% of your purchase as costs have already been incurred.
How long can the juice last and how should I store it?
Your fresh juice is good for consumption within 3 days from delivery. It must be refrigerated or kept cold at all times. We recommend that you consume it on the day of delivery for the best taste and nutrition. If need to be stored for more than 3 days, we recommend freezing a portion and then defrosting when you wish to consume.
